How It Works

When you sign up with SLIM MOTION you will receive freshly prepared and balanced meals delivered to your door Monday to Friday by one of our designated delivery drivers. WE DELIVER THROUGHOUT MIAMI-DADE.  (Contact us for areas in Homestead and South Broward, some exceptions apply Delivery may not be available). Meals are delivered the day before, deliveries start on Sunday with Monday's meals, and end on Thursday with Friday's meals.

Choose a plan 

Choose the plan that best fits your lifestyle and needs. You can choose form our three option: SLIM FLEX, SLIM 3 and SLIM 4

Step 2

Get delivery

You will receive your meals delivered to your door by one of our drivers Monday to Friday between 5:30 and 10:00 pm

Enjoy your meals!

You are all set!. Just pop 'em open or warm them up and enjoy fresh, delicious balanced meals in less than 2 min.
